*The venue will be a Japanese-style salon in a house in Karuizawa. We will inform you of the venue after your application.

Takako FUJITA
She has been running cooking classes in Tokyo (including Toranomon and Azabu) for nearly 30 years. She has introduced numerous recipes for home-style cooking and Japanese cuisine that make the most of seasonal ingredients in various media, including NHK’s “Today’s Cooking,” as well as magazines, television, and newspapers. Drawing on her knowledge of tea kaiseki cuisine, the tea ceremony, and kimono dressing, she shares Japanese cuisine, seasonal festive dishes, and Japanese culture. She has also given numerous lectures on Japanese culture overseas on behalf of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Currently based in Karuizawa, she focuses on managing restaurants and promoting local food culture in the community.
