Nagano Prefecture is very well known for its apples in Japan. Among others, Komoro is one of the perfect places for growing apples for its hours of sunlight, high altitude, and a large temperature difference between morning and night in the region. The apples grown carefully by apple farmers is a juicy red! Now is the best season for apples that you can pick them directly from a tree. After picking apples, enjoy the Japanese hot spring (onsen) culture with the glorious view of Komoro at the Tokiwakan that is nationally famous for its unique style of method of transportation to get to the bath: Riding a cable car up to open-air bath! It must be one of the photogenic sights!
